Shield Diagnostics approached me to help them design their product. Through the process we moved away from their initial request for a one part device that included a phone case with their electronics embedded in it, to a modular attachment that would be mounted to any mobile phone case.

 

By working from the users point of view we were able to provide a device that would have an extended life cycle and would provide continued use long after the user had uprgaded their phone.
